Youth Ministry

Deuteronomy 6:4-7 – “Hear O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love Adonai your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These words, which I am commanding you today, are to be on your heart. You are to teach them diligently to your children, and speak of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down and when you rise up.”

At Shoresh David Messianic Congregation, it is our goal and mission to serve our Youth and bring them up in the ways of the LORD, our KING of kings and LORD of lords, Yeshua/Jesus Christ. Our mission is to serve the Kingdom by bringing up the next generation in Godly love and wisdom in order to further the return of our Messiah!

Shoresh David Messianic Congregation is absolutely dedicated to the youth of our community.

Shoresh David Youth Ministry is available for all Youth. Through our Youth Ministry teaching, the Youth learn old and new testament teachings, stories, and are given memory verses.  Our goal is to make learning the Word of God a fun and mentally stimulating exercise and conversation. We teach that having a relationship with Yeshua is the most important aspect of our lives.

We encourage parents to take an active role in developing their young adult’s spiritual life by continuing discussions from their Youth Ministry lessons. Parents can help their young adults learn their Bible memory verses, study Scripture, worship the Lord, and pray together as a family.

“Train up a child in the way he should go, when he is old he will not turn from it.” – Proverbs 22:6

“Behold, children are a heritage of ADONAI —the fruit of the womb is a reward.” – Psalm 127:3
